This Ulta location is truly one of my favorites. Every time I come in, Lanisha takes such amazing care of me. She is absolutely beautiful, incredibly sweet, and her customer service is always top‑tier. She makes me feel welcomed and remembered, and that kind of consistency matters.
The whole store has a great energy — everyone works together like a family. Whether it’s packed or there are only a few team members on the floor, they’re still attentive and genuinely seem happy to help.
