Merrill Lynch Wealth Management

My wife worked with Nathanial Wilk at this Merrill office regarding the rollover of her retirement assets from the Texas Teacher Retirement System (TRS).

TRS is a valuable defined-benefit retirement system, and before making a decision of that magnitude we expected a documented comparison explaining the advantages and disadvantages of remaining in TRS versus completing the rollover.

After the rollover, we repeatedly requested the documentation supporting the recommendation, including any comparative analysis of the available retirement options. Stay away from Merrill Lynch, I think Bank of America bought them out or something. I can no longer get into my account. I just get the runaround on the phone with no results.
Every time one of these big corporations buys out another one they lock you out of your account and cause a big hassle !!
