Great place. Women at the front is attentive and guides. There sometimes will be no wait or not much at all, and some days you’ll be waiting 30 minutes on those weekend days. So plan ahead accordingly. They offer tons of services from waxing to cutting hair. Small waiting area. Parking can be difficult. No public bathroom from what I saw.

I’ve been coming here to get my eyebrows threaded and upper lip waxed for years, but there has been inconsistencies lately. I got my upper lip waxed today, but seems like the lady who did it lacked training unlike the other ones I usually see there. She was nice, but my upper lip burned in a way I know isn’t normal and I also got a little bit of wax on my eyelashes (which was thankfully able to be removed). My eyebrows aren’t bad, but they’re not even. I’ve built the tolerance for getting my eyebrows threaded, but the way she did it today was painful against my eyelid/eyeball.There are wonderful ladies there I know that can get my brows and upper lip taken care...read full review

I have been going here for 10 years now for eyebrow and upper lip threading, plus henna every now and then. Each one of the lovely ladies that works here is accommodating, precise, and very skilled. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. Even when I moved 4 hours away a few years back, I always returned to Frisco’s Heena Salon to get my eyebrows done because they’re the only ones I trust with my face!
