Josie is always amazing. Great customer service and first person in McKinney who has been able to cut my hair correctly. She is a godsend. Everyone in this building is super nice, even when they are super busy the vibe is always nice.

So my kids have been here a couple times. Went in on Thursday with an appointment and was sent away because my kids had “lice eggs” in their head. I was supper embarrassed and disgusted and thankful because they were nice about it. Went to Kroger bought the lice treatment, went home. Wife and I cleaned their rooms and linens (no sign of lice) Took kids to doc next day. Turns out what they pointed out, wasn’t “lice eggs”. It was just part of their oils and the dandruff after a full day of school and heat and the way they just happen to stick hair. It’s normal. No sing at all of lice or eggs. So thankfully no lice. I brought my dad in here after registering online- I definitely think the GPS has the wrong address for the store when I clicked on it on my GPS- there may be two stores on Custer. Anyway we arrived and we were told we did not have an appointment at this store. My dad has some health issues and Marly was extremely nice and said "we'll get him worked him in quick, don't worry about going to the other store." Marly was so kind to my dad and took time to make him feel special while giving him a great haircut! I would recommend this Great Clips to others!
