Sandra Mua has been excellent! She contacted me before I even attended the appointment and asked me preliminary questions that would help set the appointment at a good starting point. She also made sure I understood and knew what to expect prior to attending my first appointment since it was my first time. At my first appointment we discussed my end goals, and how we could set up a treatment plan to achieve those goals. This review is long overdue because I’ve had such a great experience here. I started with underarm laser hair removal and I’m now on my 3rd Brazilian session, and I’ve been really happy with the results so far.
Sandra is amazing—professional, knowledgeable, and always makes every appointment comfortable and easy. She explains everything clearly and really makes you feel at ease throughout the process.
