This place is great!!! Front counter staff is always friendly and quick to help. I will never let anyone but Selene E cut my hair again... she is fast friendly and does an amazing job every time.... She is definitely makes the experience and the only reason I keep coming back

Took my kiddo in for a clean-up yesterday and came home with a cut that seemed pretty uneven and butchered. I was told it was due to cowlicks, but we'd been here multiple times before with zero issue. I was admittedly frustrated with how the initial cut turned out, so I called in to have it fixed and this is why this review is 4 stars instead of 1 or 2. 1. Front desk staff were pleasant to speak to about a re-do and got me booked at my earliest convenience. 2. Upon entering today, the staff still remained professional and kind. Love the concept, music and atmosphere is good- service is meh... seems like a cool place to get a cut, but I suspect that even if you have an appointment time that stylists can skip over kids or young people. Very transparent that only certain stylists do kid cuts. How do you know you say? Walk in adults just walked in, meanwhile kids sat waiting for one stylist lol. I've had my haircut here and it really seems like they are in a rush always.
