Me and my friend Milandi went in today, and the receptionists at the front were amazing. We had never been here before. Unfortunately, we didn’t get our hair done today due to their fully booked schedule and our last-minute timing. However, those girls did everything they could to make it work. They understood that our work and travel schedules would interfere, so they got us into their sister company last minute and made sure we left happy. Even though we didn’t get our hair done here, the girls at the front alone made such a great impression on us that we will definitely be coming back to this salon in the future.
Excellent customer service! My friend Emily and I walked in with no appointment, and the really sweet girls at the front desk did everything they could to get us in today, even with a fully booked schedule. We felt so welcomed. Unfortunately we didn't get there names but one girl had really short, curly hair, and the other girl was Asian with brunette hair. Honestly, they gave the best customer service ever!
The salon is absolutely beautiful and very well kept. Ayana was so helpful and personable. I highly recommend this salon!
