My therapist has a knack for finding every tight, knotted muscle and alleviating stress that accumulated over weeks. She is personable, professional, consistent, and highly skilled. I highly recommend the 90-minute sessions at Elements Massage to get the full beneficial effects that their massage therapy is known for.
Had a nice 90 min massage. The staff was very kind and easy to talk to and Ronnie gave a nice deep tissue massage that I needed. He gave good advise on stretches I can do in the future too.
