He did a great job of explaining every step of the process and what he was doing. Everyone at the center was great and all were following the covid procedures. “After a hip replacement, I had an allergic reaction to the adhesive tape. A rash broke out and begin to spread. It looked very red and angry and I was actually quite scared. I felt like a dermatogist was the professional I needed to see. My orthpedic surgeon concurred. So I called Dr. Amin's office and explained my situation. They worked me in on the same day and Dr. Amin very calmly and expertly explained to me what was going on. She prescribed the medications I needed and I felt so relieved. Her assistant, Dana, was just as professional and made me feel at ease the minute I walked in. She was reassuring as I expressed my fears. Her responses to my concerns helped me to calm down.I couldn't more highly recommend a dermatological practice as I have found with Dr. Amin and her staff.“

“Updating review from previous posting of 2 stars to 5 stars! Arturo has been amazing and the office has redeemed themselves to talking with me about concerns and addressing them to an incredible improvement. So very much impressed that I have changed my desire from leaving to remain as they had a genuine appreciation for me as a patient to explain their policies and work with me on a few requests but the time they took to address and listen to my feedback was appreciated strongly and impressive. Thank you Arturo and staff for the kind and professional value you have given!!!Doctors office is very hard to work with!!! You pay a fee and they see you for 5 to 10 minutes and then you have to pay a fee again for a follow up and pay a full doctors visit yet again for a prescription refill. Frustrating when you have a condition that requires prescription refills and they only fill one prescription and you have to go thru the long process to get it refilled with phone calls and arguing with office management to get to the doctor whom refills it once she gets the notice. Sometimes the staff is easy to work with many of times you get pushed and shoved to the side for what appears to be fees to be collected purpose only, would not recommend they will be changing doctor offices.“
