So far, I've had 7 rolfing sessions with Courtney (one every 2 weeks). I drive 2 hours each way to see her - she's THAT amazing! The mobility and range of motion in my hips and knees has increased so dramatically since we started that I now walk pain-free. I'm thrilled to have found such a skilled rolf practitioner!

I cannot say enough about Courtney's technique, attention to detail and professionalism. From planter fasciitis, to tennis elbow and even scar tissue work on my repaired shoulder, her appointment has become something that I will move anything around to keep from missing. It is absolutely critical self care maintenance that I recommend to everyone.

Courtney is amazing! She does real, therapeutic, healing massages--not just amateur, feel-good stuff. Which isn't to say it doesn't feel great, too. She gets to the problem spots and treats them so that you feel great afterwards, not sore or bruised. Her knowledge of anatomy and proper treatment is obvious. Her demeanor is pleasant and professional, and her facility is clean and tidy. I highly recommend her!
