I recently bought a 2026 Ford Explorer. The navigation system wasn't working properly. Naomi took care of me. It needed a software update. It was covered under warranty. I had to take it 2 successive days since the first day they diagnosed the problem, but didn't have the software until the next day. She arrange for a ride to my office, which was close. The next day, a coworker met me there and took me to the office. Naomi did offer to both take me to work and pick me up and Ford's expense. She was extremely helpful and kind.
We used AutoNation Ford Frisco for some repairs. It was our first experience with them and may I say we were more than pleased with our experience. Oscar, at the service department, went out of his way to take care of us. We will continue to use them in the future when we need service to any of our vehicles.
It was excellent and it was because of Naomi. She was my service manager for my last two visits. She was great in her communication and following through on what needed to be done. I also appreciated her friendliness and taking care of her customers.
