Having been involved in the Automotive world for over 20 years, I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service at Autonation.I was planning to work from the Dealership for most of the day and I was encouraged to take a complimentary ride home and work from the comfort of my home. Without asking I was offered a free return of my vehicle after the said repairs were complete.Wow, absolutely amazing experience.The only downside for me was the $1600 worth of recommended repairs. If it was a few items it would be easier for customers to accept and possibly get them done. Fabian was awesome as usual...needed a State Ins but also knew she needed some love...had a few maintenance items that needed to be done(which I did) but he didnt push it on me or try to oversell...dropped off,ran some errands,went to lunch..vehicle was ready as promised..
