I called to cancel an appointment and they said it was cancelled, but the day it was supposed to be they told me they are still going to charge for a no show. Luckily when I explained it to them they didn’t charge me, but it was just a misunderstanding and maybe a new worker

I love coming here. I can wake up and save time getting ready just by having my lashes done by Kayla. My lashes last for up to a month with my master stylist, Kayla. Kayla takes her time and leaves me with the boost of confidence I need. I have been to some of the other stylist and Kayla is by far the best.!

I've been going to this location for over 2 years and have always been pleased with my services. I moved from MN and had billing issues with that franchise, but Frisco has consistently been on top of it and gone above and beyond to help. Every person I've seen here has been just the sweetest. So glad I found this location!
