“Loved my massage with Gisela. She was thorough and very helpful to my areas of concern. She is also kind and knows her craft well. My reason for the 4 stars is that I felt displaced due to being moved to another room because of the original room being next to the spray tan which is loud. I’m happy for the consideration but Gisela seemed a bit out of sorts with the movement and not being in her usual surroundings with her supplies. (The move was done as soon as I arrived for my appt.) Also, I filled out a form online before my appt regarding my areas of concern as well as what I wanted and did not want in my massage. I can honestly say, Gisela was not shown that form. I can’t have my face massaged due to having incredibly sensitive skin and she started to massage my face. Of the form had been gone over, I truly feel she wouldn’t have started to massage my face. Besides those things, Gisela was great! I will be booking another appointment with her soon.”
