“The fact that its a place where you can entrust your furry babies while you’re out of town or even while you’re at work. We like the camera in the suites and the play yard so we can see our furry babies while we’re away. The place is all nice and clean and always smells good! The groomers are excellent! They take time bathing your furry babies and very gentle. All the staffs are very friendly, efficient and has good communication skills. Our furry babies will never stat any where else besides Camp Bow Wow. Thank you for all that you do!“

“Grooming service 5 ⭐️! We have been using Courtney & honestly everyone there is so welcoming and knows my puppy when she comes in! My puppy is a ball of energy and gets into anything & after her grooms she is always fresh as ever. Lucky to have them in the neighborhood.“

“We needed a place to keep our 15 year old poodle while we attended a funeral. Jen helped us make reservations and got our paperwork in order. The facility was very clean. It was open and you were able to see thru the windows at the kennels. Our dog was able to stay just 4 hours. If we lived in the area, we would come back!!“

“I'm not sure what is going on with the low reviews, but personally I had a great first time experience here. The facility was very clean, spacious, well organized, and had refreshments in the lobby if you're in need of one. I didn't have to wait either since I had an appt and they just put me in a room immediately when I walked in with my pup. Dr. Lee and his staff were very nice and professional in taking care of my dog. Dr. Lee spent a good amount of time going over possible diagnosis and treatment plans in detail as well as cost. The clinic I usually go to has no appt available, and my dog was vomiting and having bloody diarrhea. I was hesitant bringing him to another clinic that may potentially cost me an arm and a leg. I took the risk coming here because I wanted to make sure my baby gets treated ASAP. They are upfront of the charges before they do anything, as I do understand some vet clinics can put a heavy price on their services (at the end of the day it's still a business) but I think their prices are reasonable compared to a lot of places. My dog is doing much better now thanks to VCA! Give this place a chance, I would highly recommend it!“

“Love this place. Took my 6 mo old puppy (63 lbs) and not socialized yet and he loved them. Been there twice and he loves it. Great job and his long hair and he always gets a scarf when he is done. He looks very cute and smells really good.“
