A last minute trip and we couldn't take our lab. They were very helpful in getting us set up, logging in his vet records, and taking great care of our boy. He had a great time and is still tired from the play time. Highly recommended.
“Hey siri how do I give a service more than 5 stars”!? Really this was such a great group of compassionate and friendly individuals. We had a last minute trip to go on, and they fit us right in. They even had a very convenient mobile vaccination service right there on location when we realized he was due for 2 of his shots. The resort Manager Ben was so kind and welcoming, you could really tell he was doing everything possible to make this last minute reservation as welcoming and accommodating as possible. We will definitely be back.
I had a wonderful experience here! The staff took excellent care of my baby, and it gave me so much peace of mind. When I picked her up, I could tell she was happy, comfortable, and well cared for.
