“The PetBar is super clean and the people that work there are exceptionally nice. My dog needs special shampoo that has to be left on for 10 minutes and there was no problem with them doing this. You can tell that they really love dogs.“

“I made an appointment for my dog for today and had a great experience! Very friendly owner and genuinely loves animals. I dropped my dog off requesting a thorough bath and short nail trim since I don’t like to do it myself. I picked him up and he smelled amazing, nails were trimmed as I requested, had an ear cleaning, and little bow around his neck. The owner was so thoughtful to text me when my dog was ready and also sent some pictures of my dog dappered up! I’m thankful to have found a great place so close to home that puts their heart into their work. I will be back!“

“My dog had her first day at Camp Bow Wow and the staff made us feel so welcome and comfortable. The “interview” process tests out how your dog interacts with other dogs and you get to watch the whole thing on camera. The facilities are clean and the dogs have a whole yard to play in. I also loved that the dogs got nap time at lunch. I’ll definitely be bringing my dog back here!“

“Dr Sara is the best vet I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Dr Sara and her team have gone above and beyond in the care of my pets. After I moved to Texas my dog started getting sick. In my gut I knew it was cancer. I went to three other vets before coming here and the other vets ignored my concerns and wasted my time and money. Dr Sara listened to me and wasted no time to do testing and schedule a surgery to remove the cancerous tumors. Sadly by the time I got to Dr Sara the cancer was too advanced. Dr Sara and her team did everything they could to work with me on pricing, even offering some treatments at little to no cost, plus placing a high value on my Rue's comfort and care by getting meds in transdermal form instead of pills, meeting me on their days off and even giving me their personal cell phone numbers to contact them when the time came. The love I felt from this team was absolutely astonishing. Moving to a new state and city, knowing no one, having no friends or family here, losing my job, and then having my dog diagnosed with and ultimately pass from cancer wrecked my life. This team was the saving grace that kept me from completely losing my mind. My Rue was always terrified of vets and this was literally the only vet (we have seen a total of 9 in her lifetime) that she did not shake like a leaf around. They greeted her with a genuine love and care that brought a peace to her I did not imagine I would ever see. After Rue passed they sent me a sweet card and a donation in the form of trees planted in Rue's name. This meant a lot to me because Rue and I spent our free time in the woods, our favorite place to be. Fast forward 7 months and in an effort to move past my grief I adopted a new dog from the shelter. The shelter argued with me about the dog being sick. They tried to diminish her condition first saying she was healthy and then later saying it was a simple respiratory infection. Yet again I call up Dr Sara and her team and they wasted no time getting me in. They greeted me with warm smiles and a hug. It took Dr Sara less than 5 minutes to tell me my new lady had full blown pneumonia. They immediately treated her with IV fluids, antibiotic injections, cough suppressant and urgent care food and for the first time since bringing her home she had a skip in her step, wagged her tail, started eating, and her coughing greatly reduced. Dr Sara and her team saved me again. You will never find a more qualified vet who has a genuine care for the health and well-being of animals and their humans than Dr Sara and her team!“
“Took my dog here for a heartworm test. Staff was friendly. Only thing I was confused about was the vet didn't talk to me about my dog after the test. She didn't seem like she wanted to talk to me either. Instead, the vet assistant gave me a "receipt" paper that stated the overall summary of the visit plus the vet's notes. It was a bit odd considering I had to find out my dogs overall condition on a paper rather than for her to directly discuss with me about it. But at least they got the job done.“

“I have been using this place for about 2 to 3 years now (walter) is an absolute gem. He cares for the animals so well and he has a great team behind him that cares for the animals too. They are great with accommodating your dogs needs girl grooming, everything under the sun. I would definitely recommend them the service that you have there is 10 out of 10 my dog always comes back from having a great day. He ends up being asleep the next day for the whole day and he’s a high energy dog so it is always nice that I have a space that can take care of his needs and he can come home and relax after a fun day out.“

“Our lil diva Dandy loved this place. She was an old, cranky, and needy dog and they definitely met her needs. She did well in the indoor/outdoor rooms so she could have her privacy but also speak her mind when she wanted to. I like that they had a very specific form on how the pet takes their medications, which gave me the confidence they would administer meds correctly. The convenience of this place was the best thing, being right next to Hobby airport.“
