Such an easy location, should you need a pet friendly boarding location when visiting Hill Country. Dropped my pet on Wed/Thur/Picked up Friday am . The process went very smooth. Had a great time. Picked my pet up, she was clean and a happy camper.

Abban was great with my 9month old golden, and knew how fearful I was to board him for the first time. She let me come get him for the day while we stayed in town and this was a huge relief! I added on a bath before pick up and he was happy as can be at pick up. I will admit, my dog had never been in that environment and was very frightened at arrival. I would suggest maybe getting one of the private rooms for dogs under a year old or that haven’t been around a kennel/ boarding facility yet.

The staff is amazing attentive to detail. I never have to worry about my babies going without anything, they phoned right away to make sure what his eating habits were like. Right away they took my baby to the wonderful vet next door to make sure he could get some nutrients in. I was able to enjoy my time away from the country. I got picture updates and some phone calls to reassure me that my sweet boy/girl were eating again. The day of departure they got a bubbly bath and a cute haircut by Jenn the groomer. I definitely recommend this facility and their Vet next door.
