The technician they sent out was great 👍🏻 but the wait time of 3 days later (with no AC during 100+ degree weather) and the 8am -5pm appointment time is a bit of a disappointment. I also loath the AI call center assistant thing but the human agent was only slightly better. Maybe in time if they fix those issues I would give them 5 starts but until then 4 is generous.
