Seriously — just walking into their design center feels like stepping into a Pinterest board that came to life (but, like… way fancier). I’ve had the chance to work with a few folks on the team and every single one of them has been a total rockstar. Super clear about timelines, pricing, deliveries — no mystery, no nonsense, no “we’ll circle back” kind of stuff.

Hey ya'll just wanted to thank Susan Semmelmann and team for all of their amazing help and support on a recent project. Literally just walking into their design center is a magical experience. I've had the pleasure of working with several people on their team and I've had positive experiences across the board. They were completely up front and straight forward about what to expect from timelines to deliveries to prices. They also responded to my questions quickly and in fact the whole process was to my satisfaction.
Honestly these guys are at the top of their game and I feel like I chose well when I decided to go with them. Thanks ya'll! You were great!
