Karen, my designer, was truly fantastic. She took the time to listen to my ideas, understand how I wanted the space to function, and helped bring my vision to life. She was professional, creative, patient, and such a pleasure to work with. I felt like she genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with every detail.
Stephanie, the scheduling coordinator, was also wonderful. She kept everything organized, communicated clearly, and made the process feel easy and seamless.
Josh, Jesus and Arturo did an amazing job with the installation. They were professional, respectful, detail-oriented, and clearly took pride in their work. They were careful with my home, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was installed beautifully.
I would also like to recognize the owners, Matt and Denee. One thing that really stood out to me throughout the process was how highly everyone spoke about them. You could genuinely feel the respect and appreciation their employees have for them. That says a lot about the kind of company they have built and I truly believe that great culture starts at the top.
