I just did my nails on Wednesday of last week and over the weekend my nails started to left and fall off. I was disappointed because what I wanted wasn't achieved wanted matte but got glossy, had a design and she place a fall sticker and it was sticking out kept telling her that felt rough on top and the end I stopped telling her bc she wasn't listening or understanding idk. Color was a dark purple for fall got a light color. What made me put this review is that after less a week my nails fell off which they shouldt have if she did them right in the 1st place.

I got my nails done by Amy (orange nails) and the color was off which okay fine, for reference it was color 246; but the shape and thickness were horrendous. I asked for almond shape and thats what I got. I let Koi, the manager, know I was not happy and came back to get them redone the next day… Lisa did my second set (nude pink) and she did an amazing job!! That is what an almond shape is. Thank you, Lisa.

Services were great paid $110 for a gel pedi and French dip. I was going to leave originally because I told her I have 1 hour only and she guaranteed she could get me out in 1 hour (rookie mistake) 1 hour 40 minutes later still not dressed for work… running very late and I explained upon leaving that can be frustrating that it took an additional 40 minutes. I told her I hope I still have a job after running this late so I can come back (not nice of me granted, far better than it could have been ?) her reply was and I quote “Good luck, better change clothes before work.”I won’t be back…. The work was good I tipped $20 it was not the workers fault they were kind...read full review
