“I came in for 2 pedicures, 1 nail extensions and a manicure for my friend. The staff is really sweet and takes their time with you, which I appreciated.

I asked for double chrome line French tips for my birthday nails - $85 set. They did the design, but the chrome started lifting the same day. I went back the next day to get them fixed since these were for my birthday. They were happy to help and offered to switch to cat eye with the same design. I agreed, but the result looked unfinished, and I suspect a cheaper cat eye gel was used since it was a free fix. When I asked the same tech to adjust it, he brushed me off saying he had another appointment, so I left.

I couldn't live with the nails so I called again - 3rd visit total. Violet fixed them and WOW, she gave me exactly what I wanted. They're perfect now. I don't know the first tech's name, but you can see the difference: first 3 pics are his work (1st pic is the initial visit, 2nd & 3rd pics are from the visit where he “tried” to fix them); last 2 are Violet's.

Shoutout to Violet for saving my birthday nails, and they didn't charge for the fixes. Mixed experience, but Violet is a 10/10.“

“First time here it was such a pleasant experience. We were greeted properly and the nail tech took great care of our nails and listened to our requests and handled our hands with care. They also offered complimentary drinks. My daughter was happy and we’ve decided to make this our new nail salon. Tracy did my nails and kim did my daughter’s nails. Check them out!

Once I got home I reviewed my receipt and to my surprise I was overcharged. I returned for the same service as usual an overlay of my nails and for some reason I was charged $10 more than the last visit for the same exact service.. I wonder why their prices aren’t consistent and for that reason my rating is lower. Please explain to me why I’m being charged the price of a new full set or is that the new norm? Also, my nail broke in 2 days just by getting in my car and putting my seat belt back on.

One thing about me I give honest reviews, so here I am with the latest and greatest. I called about how unhappy I was with my nails because they’d been chipping and breaking throughout the week and it’s the weekend so I had time today. I was told to come on in and get them fixed free of charge plus I was given a $10 coupon for the inconvenience. Hannah fixed my names and did an amazing job. Thanks.“
