First time visiting, so my evaluation: the place was very clean and inviting. Staff very inviting. The nail clipper set was in a sterile pouch/autoclaved for sterilization (so to me that’s always a plus). Offered a drink at least twice (I declined, I was ok there). The nail tech was amazing. I told here I had a slight ingrown nail (got a pedi) and she was very gentle. Took her time and made sure I was ok. Also saw that some nail gel was messed up and corrected it without being told. Will be going back to this place.Services: Polish removal

I haven't been to this place in a while. I decided to get a pedicure today and when I say I was provided EXCEPTIONAL 5 star customer service!!!!! Ms Ruby did a wonderful job, she was professional, kind and took her time. She will be my go to for pedi's from now on.Service: Pedicure

The manicure technicians pay great attention to detail when serving you. They are very attentive to your desires. I have been going for several months now, and I admit that Polished is an outstanding nail salon.
