I felt very much welcomed. Approached by staff as they were very happy to help & liked I had been heard, a community room was made available for myself & child to wait in for provider services to be delivered. Then the Dr was very attentive, clear & compassionate.Open for any questions thoughts on my care plan initiated. Although, the arrival time for my appointment was late due to Lyft drivers delays, arrangements were still made for me to see the provider once had arrived.

I started my day running late (even if I had not put on the wrong watch that had not sprung forward!) But the trip wasn't wasted .Ruth (I don't know last name )went ahead and got some of my personal intake information and before we were finished I was able to use a timely cancelation and was seen an hour later. I was able to address several issues with ms.Ericka my P.A. I didn't feel rushed or told that they could only address one issue per appointment which seems to be the norm to my recent experience it was refreshing to not be treated like I was ordering a burger at the drive-thru.I know Medicare sometimes pays a lower contracted amount for lots of services but I...read full review

From the very beginning, the driver, David was very kind and introduced himself to me, he helped me in and out of the van. Once I went in the next person I saw was very kind. The front desk receptionist was helpful and very kind. The facility was very clean and smelled good! Everyone I spoke to was very friendly. I felt good about this experience!
