My experience with Osaki pedicure chairs and company has been great. Their customer support team is very helpful and quick to answer your questions.

We purchased four pedicure chairs in 2023 and have not had any issues. We have only replaced the jet covers due to normal wear and tear. When I initially purchased the chairs, I had several questions which they quickly answered. They also sent me a digital copy of the manual for future use.

I recently reached out to them to purchase new drain stoppers. They asked that I send them photos to ensure I got the right parts. They shipped them out the next day which was great.

I was returning a chair that I bought through a third-party vendor. Osaki was unable to process the refund due to a seller portalerror. I had four or five extended chats with this vendor where they asked the same questions over and over and over again. they kept assuring me that it was being escalated and would be taken care of.

During that time, I was also emailing Jeff at Osaki and he was very helpful trying to do whatever he could.

We have really enjoyed our massage chair except for the wear of the vinyl. We have used it lightly and feel that the durability of a $3000 chair should endure 5,10,15 or 20 years. We currently have to face it towards the corner. I inquired about replacing at least the front cover, but they do not make the color tan any longer.
