“I originally went to Freeform Chiropractic about two months ago because I was dealing with pretty intense sciatic pain. From the very first visit, they took the time to do detailed scans and clearly explained what was going on and what my body specifically needed.

This time was a bit unusual. Asked for 30 minute foot massage and 60 minute Swedish.

This time at least a third of the Swedish was done through the draping sheet. (??!) I’ve had dozens of Swedish massages and never had one done that way. Not calming or relaxing when done through sheet on the back and legs.

The foot massage was done while I was on massage table. Every other time I’ve received a foot massage as a separate purchased service it has been in a chair and involved the feet being soaked in a tub of warm water.

While services were satisfactory they just weren’t what I’d call standard practice or what I expected. At least in my years of experience.

So, not bad, just done very differently.

Previously services had been done the way I expected. Not sure why it was changed.
