Very informative, didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had from servicing my current unit to all the questions I had about potentially replacing my unit. Did not pressure into swapping the unit like almost every other company did, was very honest and ended up getting my unit in perfect shape in just 1hr. Will be using him going forward for all tune-ups and repairs. Highly recommend.
