I wish I could separate the stars because the Massage therapist that worked there are excellent. It’s too bad that their franchise owners rip clients off. I bought six massages with A gift card. I went in today to get a massage because I had three credits left and they told me that they were expired. I never received a text or email prior to these expiring points. I was never told while signing up that they would expire. Right after my appointment I did call my daughter who is the one who buys these massages for me and I told her no more Massage Envy. So far I have fully enjoyed my facials and massages here. Hazel and Heather are awesome at massages and I just love Sabrina doing my facials. Elaine has also done a facial for me and she is also great!

Matt is where it’s at! I’ve seen him for over a year and nothing compares. It’s everything I needed and more. The front desk staff is very friendly and always accommodating to all my questions surrounding membership and billing. I had some complex questions surrounding hsa coverage, they were never defensive and got in the weeds of the transactions with me so I could really understand what changed year over year with my coverage. Truly very accommodating. I’ve convinced my husband to get a membership and we are both pleased with everything! Wish I was rich to go once a week, all over it has been wonderful!
