Ive been hyperfixating on the new Ariana Grande fragrance for some time now and went here day before launch thinking it was already out, and a kind employee told me that while she couldn't sell me a bottle, she would give me a sample. A very kind and memorable experience! Definitely my go to place to get my roots touched up and stock up on skin care

Jasele and Natalie are so amazing!! I was in the hospital a couple months ago and my hair had gotten extremely matted. My hair is very long so I was worried I might have to cut it off. My mom called the salon at Ulta in alliance town center and asked for tips on how to unmat my hair. Jasele answered and said she would come to the hospital and unmat my hair for free! Since my hair was really bad Natalie came along with Jasele and they both worked on unmatting my hair. It took 3 trips in total to get it unmatted and one time they even stayed from 3pm to midnight detangling it. My hair was completely brushed out by the end and they were so patient and gentle while detangling....read full review
