Frequency Jiu Jitsu
“Our 4 year old, who is new to jujitsu, attends class regularly here and we have been so impressed with the gym. Coach Isaiah and Coach Tina are so wonderful with this age group and are clearly so passionate about what they do. They teach the kids so much more than just the skills of the sport, but also patience, control, attentiveness, coping skills, and so much more. They are playful, energetic, kind, and understanding, yet hold firm boundaries while taking class seriously (without taking the fun out of it). Highly recommend!”
