“We had such a great experience at District Barbershop. We walked in the day before the first day of school and they were absolutely packed. The receptionist let us know they were fully booked, but somehow managed to get my son in at 7 pm — even though they close at 6!

We arrived a little early and were seen right at 7. Our barber spent a lot of time talking with my son to really understand the look he was going for, and then took his time with the cut and styling. He even walked him through how to style it himself and how to use the product at home.

What impressed me even more was that while we were there, another customer came in who had missed their earlier appointment. Rather than turning them away, our barber told them he would take care of them after he finished with us — which meant he was still there working well past 8 pm.

It’s rare to see that level of patience, care, and commitment to customers, especially at the end of what was clearly an incredibly busy day. We were so impressed and really appreciated them going above and beyond for us. Highly recommend!“
