I went to Henderson Optical because it was adjacent to my ophthalmologist's office, expecting the same highly professional service I received from my doctor. The staff were courteous and professional; however, everything from there on was a disappointment. It took over a month to receive my glasses, which was far longer than expected. When they finally arrived, the prescription was incorrect, making them unusable. This required sending them back to replace the lenses, causing further delay.

worst service ever.nothing went right from service,time,glasses that I can't use and no refund after Marlene said they would make it work. NOTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE WORKS INCLUDING STAFF THAT HIDES FROM YOU AND HANDS YOU OFF TO ANOTHER OF THE STAFF THAT STILL WON'T MAKE IT RIGHT

I got glasses for the first time and I got trifocals I have no idea how to use these glasses I've tried for a couple of months now and can't do it I've been trying to reach this Optical place over the phone and I get a busy signal who has a busy signal anymore then I come here today it says on Google that they're open their hours until 4:30 it is currently 3:30 and it's closed there's no sign on the door this is extremely frustrating as this was my only day off this week and now I have to wait a whole other week until I get in and hopefully they'll be open at that time
