“Look when I tell you this sister right here braids down I mean it. I'm big on my natural hair and shared that with her. And she listened and respected it. A days before Christmas she got me in with a last minute appointment. And completely changed the style I was gotta. She never complained. And did exactly what I was expecting. “I’ve been going to this place for months and today a new stylist was there. She said she couldn’t do the haircut I always get this will be the last time I come to this place.

Update: I tried to go back because I tried another location and they just were messing up simple things. It’s hard when the same person doesn’t cut your hair each time to get a consistent cut. But this location is always pretty busy so requesting the same person would take forever.

With that said, I ended up with the same newbie hairdresser as last time at this location and she seemed to fix it what was messed up by the other location. She explained why my haircut was different. She was a bit sassy but she was trying to hold her ground to correct some bad info I had been given.
I was happy with the cut she gave me and glad she helped iron out the confusion.“

I was in a bit of a bind when my regular stylist canceled on me the day of my appointment. Desperate to get my hair colored, I called Nova Hair Salon and was so thankful they were able to get me in same day with Faith.

Let me just say—Faith is amazing! She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and delivered exactly that. Honestly, this was the first time in a while that I walked out of a salon completely happy with my color. She nailed the tone, the coverage, and the overall look I had in mind.

Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she’s also super friendly and easy to talk to. The entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish. I’m so glad I found her—she just might be my new go-to stylist!
