Great Customer Service! She was prompt with her responses & prompt with starting my hair at the agreed upon appointment time. Continuously asked if I was doing ok & offered refreshments. Her braiding chair is also very comfortable! Her work is wonderful as well. Parts are detailed and precise!

Look when I tell you this sister right here braids down I mean it. I'm big on my natural hair and shared that with her. And she listened and respected it. A days before Christmas she got me in with a last minute appointment. And completely changed the style I was gotta. She never complained. And did exactly what I was expecting. She made me feel so comfortable, talked me thru every step, and there were always someone on my head. Not like most places you go where you can tell 2 people were on your head. With different sizes braids or styles. Nope not with her she doesn't pay that. She always aware what's going on and will fix it real quick. Please if your in the DFW area...read full review
