Took my son to get a haircut. Made an appointment with Corrine. She was diligent and the cut turned out great. However, I requested my son get the shampoo treatment that he didn’t receive and she did not seem too enthusiastic to be there. Might’ve been a rough day I suppose, but I tipped her generously for making my son happy. Other than that, the atmosphere was great and front desk was welcoming.

Long story short I got the absolute worst haircut of my life at a different chain (who charges $60 for haircuts) who told me they couldn’t fix it today because they were fully booked. I couldn’t wait until tomorrow, as I have an event, so I frantically searched for somewhere else to get it redone and I’m so glad I found Floyd’s and Erika.
