Absolutely 5 stars for Dynamic Duct Design!

When our A/C went out on Thursday, we were expecting to wait days in this Texas heat. Instead, we called Dynamic Duct Design, and they had a technician at our house within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem and spent time trying to locate replacement parts. Unfortunately, because of the age of our unit, replacing it was the better option—and that was no fault of theirs. They were honest, professional, and never tried to pressure us into anything.

A huge thank you to Dynamic Duct Design for the outstanding service! When our A/C went out, they were at our home within an hour to diagnose the issue. Although our unit ultimately needed to be replaced due to its age, the entire process was seamless. Their communication, professionalism, and quick turnaround were exceptional. We paid Friday, the parts were ordered that evening, and the crew arrived early Saturday morning to complete the installation. We woke up to a house cooler than it’s been in years.
