Casey found a bug in my system that was preventing my device from saving passwords which prevented me from being able to log into my work email. I am very busy at work and sometimes hard to get in contact with. Blue Jean was very persistent in getting in contact with me t ensure my issue was resolved. I greatly appreciate their customer service.
