Mike was very helpful and did some poking around and found a cable for the fans was not connected. Plugged in and fans all work. Didn't charge for the time. Was told their labor rate is $95 a hour, billed in quarter hour increments if it had required heavier lifting to fix. Great experience all around, and will go to these guys if I have a need in the future.“
