Unless you have the time to manage your own pool build, do not go with this builder. It was a constant struggle to monitor the subs showing up to the house performing work that was not to the approved plans. One example: Paid extra for a thicker box beam all along the back of our concrete because our backyard slopes down, luckily I went out the night before the concrete trucks were set to arrive to find the forms incorrect. No box beam or additional rebar along the back. We did not get to pick our coping out, they just showed up and started installing it.
