First went to Sunshine about five years ago, just after moving to Forney. Our new home included a Large freeform pool with attached sauna and waterfall. We have had pools for over thirty years, but they were all in Penna. Big difference with Texas weather and and problems. Tony, the owner, has come to our property numerous times, for free, to advise us how to handle problems with everything from filters, plaster, water issues, coping sealing, and black algae. He has never let us down with quick analysis and recommendations. His people have handled numerous other issues including our conversion to a salt water system, filter, and heater issues. Love these folks. They show up when they say they will and the pool tech is up front and honest. Have used them several times for both routine issues and emergency repairs.Recently, had the heater go out. Tech came out and diagnosed the issue. He offered to make the repair to the obviously weathered and badly worn unit, to get us through the winter, but wanted to be very upfront on the possibility that it would go down again. He recommended we not make the gamble and invest in a new unit. He offered to get us a total price before we made a decision and never tried to pressure us into anything. First let me say it is really difficult to find pool people that service above ground pools. Sunshine pools works with above and inground pools and they are amazing. I messed up really bad and didn't close my pool properly last years and they have been amazing and helping me get it cleaned and back to swimming. They are affordable and will give you advice if that's all you need but if you require a little more help, they are the people to call. They also service a wide area. Ashlee in the office is super helpful and sweet.
