I made a Sports Physical appointment a day prior. I get to the appointment 7 mins late and it was cancelled. No one was waiting. The lady who seemed to be a Medical Professional told me I was too late and my paper is not completed so they could not help. That's ridiculous I will never ever come there again.
Absolutely not. I scheduled flu shots for myself and my son. 6:10 and 6:20pm. We were 20 minutes early for the appointments. Signed in, waited. An hour later, we were still waiting. I canceled and walked about. I will NEVER go back to a Minute Clinic again. BTW: Walgreens has a short wait for flu shots. I only went to CVS because my company prefers their Caremark 90 day prescription mail option. I will not ever schedule another appointment with Minute Clinic, nor will I shop at CVS. What a joke.
There is nothing minute about it. Horrible. Scheduled 3 appointment online for flu shots for 12pm - 12:20 slots and when we got there (5min prior) I got a txt saying our wait was going to be over an hour. What?! Checked in at the machine and the wait time was indeed over an hour. No one there to answer questions, help or even to let you know what's going on. Absolutely ridiculous. Cancelled appointments and left. Waste of time
