“This review is for the Plano location, which I tried to add, but was unsuccessful. I have been visiting the Plano location since it opened. The first esthetician I had is no longer at the location and Jessica filled in. I couldn't be happier with the opportunity to have Jessica as my esthetician. She is wonderful at matching your desire to talk or not, which is important during these types of services. She is incredibly knowledgeable and provides great insight and instruction for aftercare. I see her once a month and her facials are what keep me coming back. If it weren't for her, I may not have kept my membership.“

“I had an exceptional experience with Janaki! She did my dermaplaning facial and eyebrows, and I couldn’t be happier. The treatment room was spotless and relaxing, with soft music that really set the mood. Janaki’s hands are incredibly gentle. She was careful not to cut my baby hairs and kept my eyebrows thick and beautiful, just the way I like them. She truly listened and delivered with precision and care. “This was amazing...I got the 90-minute Hera Ultimate. It was so luxurious. I think the key is to go in early because it was much busier when we were leaving. I got the 10:30am slot. It was such a relaxing experience and the products smell great. You get a face cleaning, shoulder and scalp massage, and while she massaged my arms, my hair was under a water spray which felt amazing. The blanket and foot rest make you extra comfortable. There were some other upgrades that I didn't realize were available. I wish I had added the hot stones. They blow dry your hair at the end with some nice product, but it would've been cool to have a blowout after. I'd go everyday if I could afford it.“

“This is my favorite spot to get my nails done in the area! Everyone who has done my nails is very attentive, thorough and personable. I’m pretty sure I fell asleep during one manicure because I was very relaxed and particularly tired that day. I didn’t feel judged, and staff was very caring. I’m always very happy with how my nails look, and they last a long time! I appreciate that now the staff knows me after a few visits, they know how my job affects the longevity of my nails and go out of their way to make sure my sets are durable. This place and the people who work here are wonderful.“
