I seldom write reviews, not to mention I haven't even attended my first massage with them tomorrow, but I want to definitely highlight Samantha's (front desk) professionalism and friendliness!My birthday was a few days ago and my sister gifted me with a massage voucher for them. Me, being not a massage enthusiast whatsoever, called them up and I was greeted by Samantha who walked me through the entire process and put up with me asking a million questions.She was kind, patient, friendly, and seemed to really care about their clients and ensuring that they have a good experience. I had a friend gift a massage to me. Rachel was my massage therapist. The staff was professional and courteous. Rachel focused on all the areas needed specific to my tension areas. It was overall a great experience!
