“I had both my AC units go down at the same time. They gave me an excellent price to look at both of them and trouble shoot the problems. Forrest had a look at the first unit and said it looked to be a simple fix, which it was. The other unit required a call to their tech support, which was surprisingly quick. He came out the next day and the tech support person had him do a few things and they got it up quickly.
Forrest was an excellent representative of this company and I will be using them again for any problems that may come up in the future.”
