Texas and Heat!!! They go together like Salt and Pepper. I have 2 units that literally went out within a few days of each other. I called a few places and Waskom was the only committed to respond same day. I called around 3p and he was there by 6pm. I appreciated the quick response. He diagnosed both units and gave me some realistic facts. They were 17 yrs old and were near the end of their life cycle. They worked with us on a very competitive quote and came back the next morning. Technicians arrived at 7a and both units were installed and cooling by 11a. I am so grateful for these guys. Called them on Tuesday and came out same day. My outside unit needed to be replaced but being so hot and them being booked up I was looking at Friday but him knowing we had been dealing with the heat since Sunday he said he was booked for sure Wednesday but would do it Thursday. I get a call Wednesday morning that he was on his way to get ours done. Can't say Thank you enough.
Best service and timeliness of any HVAC company I have ever had. Charlie and his team are incredibly responsive and are able to come check out any issues within a few days if not hours. They recently replaced one of my HVAC units and did so quickly and effectively. Highly recommend.
