I came to this ER last night because I was having symptoms that genuinely concerned me and I wanted to be evaluated. Unfortunately, my experience with the physician brought back a very upsetting experience I had at this same hospital in the past.
During my visit, the doctor told me that what I was experiencing was “all in my head.” What made that especially difficult to hear is that I remember seeing this same physician before my heart attack, when I came to this hospital because I felt that something was wrong with my heart. I had to visit the ER after cutting my finger and I have to say this was the only pleasant ER experience I have ever had. Ms. Winter at reception was informative and helpful, Tyra the nurse was gentle, caring and on point with everything she did, and Dr. Carrol was wonderful - best bedside manner and very thorough. I felt listened to and well taken care of the entire time. Highly recommend this team
Our experience at Dallas Medical Radiology was positive. Bonnie at the reception area was very helpful. Tracy, the CT tech walked us through the process, he was friendly, professional and courteous.
