I have only the highest praise for Cooper! We had him come to replace the hot water heater vent, which had been poorly installed a number of years ago by another company. While he was in the attic finalizing the replacement of the vent, he noticed an exposed wire that had been chewed on by an opposum who decided our attic would be a great place to live. He took a picture of it to show us. We were able to quickly get an electrician out to repair it. I’m so grateful to Cooper for noticing it and taking the initiative to tell us about it. A potential disaster was averted because of his diligence. Thank you, Cooper!!
