I bought a Zia and I can’t express how happy we are with our home! The floorplan and building team was amazing! I have had to call warranty for some minor items expected in a new home but they were quick to respond and get someone out. I built from the ground up and they were faster than expected all of my upgrades were executed perfectly for my vision of dream home! I recommend Zia all the time!

We had a great experience with David during our blue tape walkthrough and homeowner orientation. He was extremely patient, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure every concern we brought up was addressed. He made the whole experience much easier and less stressful for us as new homeowners. We really appreciated his professionalism, patience, and willingness to help!
