Jesus was a respectful and polite worker. He helped us fix our heater, the second time, within 10 days. Not sure who the first person was. The reason for my rating is our heater was installed by Wolf Air by our builder, Bella Homes. It was installed in March 2020 and gave out Nov. 13 2022. We were without heat for a week. Wolf Air came to fix the heater December 2. We paid $120. We were very grateful. The heater worked for almost a week, but then gave out again, 9 days later. My wife and I have been without AC for over a week now. We contacted the property manager and they had maintenance and Wolf Air come yesterday. She was home with a friend and she said one of the workers was being overly creepy and making them very uncomfortable. I should be able to have contractors in my home without them making my family uncomfortable. She had to ask them to leave and come back until she left because she didn't want to be around them. I couldn't find a phone number to call and give a piece of my mind.
