Leroy did an amazing job at serving our unit. He made sure to do his job and also happened to educate us on best practices related to the maintenance of our unit for long term care. Very professional service!
Our AC went out and we called Wolff Air and their technician Chris came out. Had it fixed explained to us what went wrong. He was very polite and got up there with 100° weather and fixed it for us. We had called several other companies and they wouldn’t come out The same day. Chris took care of our problem.
I can't say enough good things about Wolf Air! Art and his crew installed my AC back in 2017, and they have consistently proven to be reliable and attentive. Whenever I've had an issue—typically once a year for maintenance—they're always quick to schedule me in, often the very next day.
Most recently, I encountered some wear and tear on my unit, and Art went above and beyond to ensure that my family and pups were comfortable, especially with the temperatures hitting 100 degrees! His commitment to excellent service truly shines through.
