We have been coming to this specific Valvoline location on Pellicano for over six years, and we have always received amazing customer service from the entire staff. Today, Jose assisted us and was extremely polite, attentive, and professional. We truly appreciate the consistent great service. Thank you, Jose and the entire team, for all your hard work! Highly recommend this location!
There are a lot of places one can go to get an oil change. And most oil/lube shops follow similar guidelines with their services, so it’s things like customer service, a knowledgeable staff that set them apart from the rest. Thanks Jose
I had a great experience getting my oil change here! The staff was super friendly, professional, and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The service was quick, efficient, and they explained everything clearly. It’s hard to find places with such great customer service nowadays. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them!
